What is Propeller Zone?

Propeller Zone is a business incubator, a company that helps new and startup companies to develop by providing different type of services.

How do we differ from research parks?

We differ from research and technology parks in our dedication to startup and early-stage companies. Research and technology parks, on the other hand, tend to be large-scale projects that house everything from corporate, government or university labs to very small companies. We offer business assistance with a personal touch.

What are the types of services that we provide?

Since startup companies lack many resources, experience and networks, we provide services which helps them get through initial hurdles in starting up a business. These hurdles include space, funding, legal, accounting, computer services and other prerequisites to run the business.

What is our selection process?

Our team consisting of consultants, advisors and investors will review the applications and select a few based of the project concepts and plans and the founding teams.

How are we different from co-working spaces?

Co-working spaces only provide and foster an atmosphere for people/companies to work together. We, however, work with the start-up companies and provide them the necessary help and funding for an exchange of a small portion of the equity of the company.

Is everyone eligible for funding?

No, not everyone is eligible for funding. The amount of funding, if given, will largely depend on the project plans, the possibility of attaining success and the percent of equity of the start-up that you are ready to offer.

Do we need to have an already existing business plan to apply?

No, we do not need a formal business plan. We could help, in making, a small portion (for example, marketing plan) or the whole business plan itself. But, we would prefer those who at least have a novel idea to build upon.

How do we apply?

You can contact us online on this website itself or take an appointment, by phone, and meet us in person.

Can I opt only for working space and not incubator services?

Do we have to use the services of a fixed amount of time?

Typically, incubation period varies from about 6 months to 18 months. However, it may differ from case to case.

Why not just rent a place?

Many reasons to that… less expensive, no headache of housekeeping/maintenance, advantage of business and social networking, flexible timings, mentorship plus the other added incubation services.
